PhoWard was created by Andy Nguyen and Luis Semidei Lossada, two student entrepreneurs with a shared vision of bringing Vietnamese cuisine into a modern fast-casual format.
Andy brings experience from working in his family’s small business along with strengths in branding, media, and marketing. Luis adds a creative and business-driven mindset, combining visual storytelling with an understanding of how to build and grow a concept.
Together, they built PhoWard to blend tradition with innovation — delivering bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and a customizable experience designed for today.
